Dr. Rudramurthy is an accomplished virologist and drug discovery leader with extensive international experience in antiviral research, infectious diseases, and therapeutic development. He holds a Ph.D. in Biotechnology and completed postdoctoral research at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Atlanta, USA.

With a strong background in translational research, Dr. Rudramurthy has led multidisciplinary teams in the discovery, screening, and preclinical development of antiviral drug candidates, contributing to programs advancing toward clinical development. He has authored more than 50 publications in peer-reviewed international journals, reflecting his scientific expertise and sustained contributions to virology and antiviral drug discovery.

As Chief Executive Officer of Avin Therapeutics, he provides strategic and scientific leadership, oversees corporate operations, and guides the company’s research and development priorities.
